 Items leave our warehouse within 2-3 business days of the order. Orders shipped Express Mail (Overnight) will ship the same day for orders received by noon on business days; if an Express Mail order is placed after noon or on the weekend, it will ship the next business day. Free Shipping Guidelines: Our preferred shipping method is UPS Ground, but we will also occasionally ship by FedEx Ground or United States Postal Service (USPS). Ground shipping is free in the continental U.S., and expedited shipping is available at additional cost. Expedited shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and distance of your package. Package Tracking Service: Once
the order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification
that includes your Internet tracking number, so you may follow your
package's progress. You may also track your order progress through the "My Account" link at the top of the page, or by going to http://www.AngelHandbags.com/MyAccount. Please note: if your package was shipped via USPS Parcel Post or Priority Mail, you will receive a Delivery Confirmation number, which only gives you your package's status once it is delivered (it is NOT a tracking number).
Shipping Delivery Window Guidelines These guidelines are estimated delivery time frames AFTER your package leaves our warehouse. USPS Shipping: Ground: normally providing 2-3 day delivery service to an address within the USA, includes free Delivery Confirmation and Internet tracking. Not a guaranteed service. Priority Mail: normally providing 2-3 day delivery service to an address within the USA, includes free Delivery Confirmation and Internet tracking. Not a guaranteed service. UPS Shipping: UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, but can deliver to most homes or offices. With UPS shipping, you may choose Ground, 3-day, 2-day or overnight delivery and our online shopping cart will quote your estimated shipping rate. Before shipping your order, however, we will manually re-calculate your package to determine the correct rate to apply. UPS does not count the day the package is shipped as a transit day. UPS does not guarantee any transit times during the three weeks surrounding Christmas. They are closed on major holidays and the Friday after Thanksgiving Day. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico: UPS Ground and UPS 3-Day are not available for orders shipped to HI, AK or PR. USPS Parcel Post and USPS Priority Mail are available shipping methods to HI and PR, but please note, either method can take up to 3 weeks for delivery. Please choose between either UPS - 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air or USPS Express Mail (Preferred) as the shipping method. International Orders: All International orders are shipped via USPS Express Mail. USPS Express mail delivers in 3-5 business days. This is a guaranteed service. You are responsible for all duties and taxes. The retail price paid for the item will be entered on the customs form. Please double-check your SHIP TO address. If your package is sent out with an incorrect address that you gave us, and is returned to us, you are responsible for the re-shipping costs. If the package is mis-addressed due to our error, we will re-ship it immediately upon verifying the correct address with you. Cancellation Policy: Because we strive to ship your order within 1-3 business days, additions and/or changes to your order, or order cancellation, can only be accepted up until 1 p.m. Eastern Time on the day after the order was placed. Damage Claims: If an item is damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately by telephone (1-888-452-3297) or by e-mail for a return authorization and information on returning the damaged items. If the shipment came via UPS, please let the driver know if damage is apparent at the time of delivery, and make sure that the driver notes the damage on their delivery sheet. |
